Please be mindful when you are running late not only are you putting your stylist behind but you are putting everyone after you behind.
If you are unsatisfied with even the smallest thing on your hair PLEASE let your stylist know, sometimes you see something that we can not.
If you are getting your roots covered or lightened, it is best to come in with no more than an inch of new growth to ensure even coverage and maximum lift.

Q: should I come in with dirty hair before my chemical service?
A:No, keeping dirt and oil on your hair will result in uneven color and can also make your service run longer which will cost more at the end.
Q:if I covered my highlights with dark color does this mean I can start from fresh?
A: No you are actually making it more difficult to get a new hair color, this could cause damage or result in uneven color and turn into a color correction which will cost more money.
